[ Disclaimer - Terms of Service - Privacy Policy ]
All cue repair, maintenance, and restoration services are performed with the highest level of care, precision, and craftsmanship. However, by submitting a cue for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. **Assumption of Risk**
Billiard cues are often constructed from natural materials such as wood, which may contain inherent imperfections or structural weaknesses. While every effort is made to preserve the integrity of each cue, the repair process may reveal or exacerbate pre-existing conditions beyond our control.
2. **No Guarantee of Outcome**
Although we strive for optimal results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, cosmetic perfection, or restoration to original manufacturer condition.
3. **Liability Limitation**
We are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or prior repairs. In all cases, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
4. **Customer Responsibility**
Customers are responsible for clearly communicating any known issues, prior repairs, or special requests before work begins. Failure to disclose such information may impact the final result.
5. **Abandonment**
Any cue not claimed within 60 days of service completion notification may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. **Shipping & Handling**
We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to or from our facility. Customers are encouraged to use insured and trackable shipping methods.
7. **Right to Refuse Service**
We reserve the right to refuse service on any cue at our discretion, particularly if the cue is deemed structurally unsound or beyond repair.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
